Everything you need to get from a blank page to a finished audio file. If your question is not covered here, the contact page reaches a human — usually within one working day.

Getting started

1. Create a free account — no card required.
2. Open the Studio and paste or type your script.
3. Choose a language and a voice, then adjust pace, pitch and pauses if you need to.
4. Press Generate. The audio appears in the player and is saved to your library.
5. Download the file, or copy the share link to send it to someone else.

Characters and limits

Every plan includes a monthly character allowance. Spaces, punctuation and SSML tags all count as characters, so trimming a script also reduces its cost. The maximum length of a single request depends on your plan; split very long scripts into sections and generate them one after another.

• Free — 10,000 characters per month, personal use.
• Creator — 100,000 characters per month.
• Pro — 500,000 characters per month.
• Business — custom volume, seats and SLA. Contact us for a quote.

Unused characters roll over for up to two months on paid plans. Allowances reset on your billing anniversary, not on the first of the month.

Voices and languages

Voices are organised by language, accent, gender and style. Use the filters on the voices page to preview a sample before you commit characters — previews are free. Some voices are marked premium and are available on paid plans.

Pronunciation and delivery

• Add a short pause with [pause 0.5s] or with SSML <break time="500ms"/>.
• Fix a name or brand word in Settings → Pronunciation so it is spoken correctly in every project.
• Write numbers and abbreviations the way you want them read: “2026” versus “twenty twenty-six”.
• For long-form narration, generate paragraph by paragraph and join the files — it keeps pacing consistent.

Voice cloning

Read the consent script shown in the studio, then record or upload between 30 seconds and 3 minutes of clean speech — one speaker, no music, no echo. Our team checks the consent recording before the clone is activated, which usually takes less than one working day. You may only clone your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you written permission.

AI dubbing

Upload a video, choose the target language and confirm the speaker's consent. Dubbing keeps the original timing and tone while replacing the speech. Review the result before publishing: names, jokes and technical terms may need a manual correction.

Billing and invoices

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from Billing at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Invoices are available for every payment and include your company details if you add them before checkout. See the refund policy for the refund window.

Account and security

• Use a unique password and keep it in a password manager.
• Turn on two-factor authentication if your plan supports it.
• Never share your API key. Rotate it immediately if it leaks.
• Team members should have their own seats — shared logins make incidents impossible to trace.

Troubleshooting

My audio never finishes

Very long requests or an unstable connection can interrupt generation. Reload the project; if the request is still queued, shorten the text and try again. Check the status page for provider incidents.

The voice mispronounces a word

Add it to Pronunciation, or spell it phonetically for that one line. Some languages have several valid pronunciations of the same name.

My characters dropped without audio

Characters are only charged for successful generations. If you see a charge without a file, contact support with the project name and we will restore the balance.

I cannot download WAV

WAV export is a paid feature. Upgrade the workspace that owns the project, not the individual seat.
