Status
Talkify depends on several speech engines, storage and payment providers. We monitor each one every minute from multiple regions, and when a provider slows down or fails, requests are automatically routed to the next best engine.
Current status
All core systems are operating normally. If that changes, an incident notice appears at the top of this page with the affected component, the start time and the current mitigation.
What we monitor
| Studio & web app | Page delivery, authentication, project saving |
|---|---|
| Speech generation | Queue depth, time to first audio, failure rate per provider |
| Voice cloning | Upload, consent review queue, clone activation |
| AI dubbing | Upload, processing time, export delivery |
| API | Availability, latency and error rate per endpoint |
| Downloads & storage | File retrieval and share links |
| Billing | Checkout, subscription renewal, invoices |
How we handle incidents
- Detect. Automated checks and provider webhooks raise an alert within one minute.
- Reroute. Traffic moves to a healthy engine automatically; most incidents never reach you.
- Communicate. If a user-visible impact lasts more than fifteen minutes, we post a notice here.
- Review. Every significant incident gets a short written post-mortem with the fix and the follow-up work.
Planned maintenance
We schedule maintenance in low-traffic windows and announce it here at least 48 hours in advance. Maintenance that could interrupt generation is rare, because rolling deployments keep the previous version serving traffic until the new one is healthy.
Service levels
Free, Creator and Pro plans are best-effort. Business plans can include a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment with service credits, defined in the order form. Support response targets are published in your contract, not on this page.
Stay informed
Status updates are also sent by e-mail to Business account contacts. To report something that looks wrong before our checks catch it, message us through the contact page with the time, the voice and the project name.
